use of water. Cleveland plant has three main value streams, water meters, one way communication,
drive by radios, and two way communication fix network solutions. Cleveland is largely vertically
integrated and injection molds all of our meter components, register gears and radio housings.
Cleveland supply base includes three contract manufacturers, 26 key suppliers (398 active suppliers in
all) and a Maquiladora in Matamoras Mexico. We plan and supply all material and equipment in Mexico.
Cleveland facility is approximately 200,000 square feet, employs 178 associates with annual sales of
approximately 90 million.

As a result of footprint consolidation and plant closure, I was retained to help move production lines from
Louisville, GA to Mocksville, NC. I accepted the Purchasing Manger role in Mocksville. Mocksville plant
has three main values streams, Centac, Engineered to order centrifugal compressors, Rotary, configure
to order compressors and Thermo King, make to stock compressors. Mocksville is vertically integrated
and machines much of the high precision compressor components. Mocksville facility is approximately
500,000 square feet, employs 425 associates with annual sales of approximately 220 million.
