Top Quotes From Gamifications Experts On: Gamification Of Workplace LearningUpside Learning Solutions
The idea of “gamification” still leads to some raised eyebrows. Organisations tend to shy away from bringing gamification to learning due to a lack of clarity about what Gamification is, how to implement it and what benefits the organisation and the learners actually gain from it. Gamification is often viewed as unproductive, child-like, and even detrimental to the seriously performance oriented set ups, when in reality it potentially offers organisations with unique opportunities to engage and motivate learners towards desired actions and behaviour change.
With this series, we aim to bust the myths and misconceptions surrounding gamification and GoBeyond our understanding of gamification as an addition of points, badges & leaderboards to existing content. We also discuss examples and challenges with our experts who have been there and done that.

Our music video uses, develops, and challenges conventions of real music videos in several ways. It depicts domestic abuse inspired by "Breezeblocks" and uses similar slow motion editing. Prop inspiration came from promise bands representing neglecting relationships. Substance abuse is depicted to show what causes the abuse, developing narratives seen in other videos. Makeup shows the consequences of abuse. Settings are domestic like other videos but introduced externally. Editing uses red lighting and rapid cuts like "Octopus" to portray influence of alcohol. Red is used for negative events conventionally. Slow motion is only used for narrative parts to challenge overuse. Ancillary tasks like the digipak take inspiration from other artists' works but make them original.

The evaluation should then determine if the program was successful, could be improved, and provide recommendations.

I did not find any explicit intertextual references to other films, TV programs or music videos in the "We Are Young" music video by Fun. The video focuses on depicting the song's lyrics through a narrative of a chaotic party scene. While it utilizes some common music video techniques like close-ups, slow motion and performance shots, it does not directly reference or allude to any other existing media texts.
