DEWAXING
High pressure steam dewaxing is a rapid dewaxing
method.At high temperature, model inflation would
lead to shell may produce crack or break. Therefore,
high pressure steam method can quickly set up
pressure round the shell , prevent shell burst due to
model expansion, model will melt at the same time.
It imports 0.6 ~ 0.7 mpa high-pressure steam quickly
into pressure container placed model for dewaxing,
before the wax start to expand, namely within a few
seconds to establish the necessary pressure to keep
dewaxing end after 10 ~ 15 min.
S RHELL OASTING
Shell roasting is in order to remove residual
moisture, wax and volatile matter.
Calcination temperature is at 950-1050 degrees
Celsius in commonly.
