1- One page CV
2- Add your LinkedIn profile, with a link
3- Clearly write the name of the position you’re
applying to
4- Insert keywords from the job description (JD)
5- Always add your language skills, especially if you’re
applying for a position that you need to speak a
specific language to be considered for the job
6- It’s OK your CV for different positions in the same
company, but with some time apart and adapting
the CV each time
1- Don’t send a generic CV
2- Don’t add picture, age, family status, address
3- If you’re applying for a CSM position (example),
don’t write “I’m a Project Manager with experience
in customer facing positions”
4- Exclude courses, certificates, graduation that aren’t
required for the job
5- Don’t state more years of experience than asked in
the JD (you’ll be considered overqualified in the CV
screening stage)
