Рынок финансовых услуг сложен для рядового клиента, ему непросто сориентироваться, а поэтому ему нужен грамотный и объективный финансовый консультант, сообщил Т.Аитов. Успешные онлайн супермаркеты существуют как площадки – обеспечивающие и консалтинг, и широкие возможности выбора - как вендоров, так и финансовых услуг.
Докладчик затронул некоторые проблемные вопросы работы крупнейших онлайн-площадок, а также универсальных банков. По мнению Т.Аитова, существует и российская специфика общемировых тенденций. Так, часть российских клиентов не во всем приветствуют персональное обслуживание, опасаясь при контакте в банке утечки своей конфиденциальной информации. Клиенты «старого» поколения настороженно относятся к инновациям, и внедрение нового требует дополнительных усилий со стороны банков. Рынок растет, но важный вопрос стратегии развития остается открытым, сказал в заключение Т.Аитов. Что возьмет верх - банковское ДБО и мобильные устройства или российскими клиентами в большей мере будут востребованы небольшие банковские финансовые супермаркеты у дома с «живым» обслуживанием – пока неясно.

Три „кнопки“ это — ящики почты имеют практически все — Rambler, Yandex, @mail.ru. И только на @mail.ru ежедневное число посетителей превышает миллион. Но кто владеет этими кнопками? Как появились эти ресурсы?
В период Интернет-бума — netBridge, Port.ru, ru-Net Holdings шумными тусовками отмечали запуск каждого проекта.
NetBridge владеет List.ru, @mail.ru (куплены у владельцев, холдинг владеет контрольным пакетом акций), Molotok.ru (создан самостоятельно, похож на eBay), бесплатный web-хостинг Boom.ru (создан самостоятельно, по аналогии с Geocities), интернет-магазин 24х7 (создан самостоятельно, перепродан). NetBridge также имеет несколько Интернет-аукционов в странах Восточной Европы.
Ru-Net Holdings в апреле 2000 года, объявил об крупных инвестициях в Рунет.
Он же приобрел пакет акций Yandex (вместе с принадлежащим Yandex хостинговым сайтом „Народ“). Впоследствии холдингом был куплен магазин www.ozon.ru.
