The document describes a digital analog audio synthesizer project created by three students. The goal was to build an affordable synthesizer using both digital and analog circuits. A microcontroller was used to digitally generate waveforms, which were then sent through analog modulation circuits. Key aspects included affordability, reprogrammability, and customization. The biggest problem encountered was interfacing the keyboard. The synthesizer design included digital oscillators, analog low frequency oscillator, filters, envelope generator, and other circuits. It stayed within budget and provided students experience with both analog and digital circuits.

Thakur scored 26 out of a possible 30 points by completing a course assignment.
This document summarizes a digital signal processing project that involves resampling audio signals and modeling signals using autoregressive (AR) processes.
The resampling part involves downsampling two audio signals with correct and incorrect sampling rate conversions. Graphs and analysis show the resampled signals have lower quality and more distortion compared to the originals.
The AR modeling part estimates AR model coefficients from one of the signals using the Yule-Walker equations. A filter is designed to "whiten" the signal, removing noise. Graphs and audio comparison show the filtered signal has less noise but also some quality loss.
