exploration projects
• Reducing GPS data, and updating the Data Base (using GPSeismic and Arc GIS).
• Planning, assigning goals and overseeing 20+ people (surveyors, drillers, field helpers,

• Issuing daily reports of progress, achievements and goals to achieve, as well as
updated maps for the Operations.
• During 2010, I was involved in fee estimating and budgeting. as well as bids, mapping,
3D modeling and design of 2D and 3D projects (using Global Mapper software) over
Lidar, gravity and radiometric.
Achievements (Field & Office):
• Developed matrixes files (Visual Basic + Excel/Access) for Survey QC, Daily
Production Reports, Inventories, personnel evaluation and requirements for surveying
applicants.
• I wrote down job descriptions, procedures for field task.
•Planning, assigning, reviewing performance data - Uploading/downloading for QC.
• Establishing geodetic network for projects and reducing / exchanging data with Opus
system and applying undulation models
• I was in charge of reducing GPS data to assure the quality of the surveying tasks.
• GPSeismic and Arc-Gis were used as main tools to produce reports and maps.
• Design, location, drawing and calculations of roads to move drill equipment.
• The databases were updated in a daily basis.

Implementation of Web-based GIS for Oil & Gas Seismic acquisition
In this research project, the spatial and attributive Data with using existing maps,
satellite images and surveyed data, the required information extracted. In the
next step, with using SQL Server and employing ArcSDE as interface, spatial
data is stored. Then an interactive WebGIS system (Interactive) with using
ArcGIS Server is designed and implemented. Finally, using WebADF classes
with using platform of Visual Studio .Net the developing of such system is done.
