This document provides instructions for creating a slidecast by combining a PowerPoint or PDF presentation with an MP3 audio file, then uploading and sharing it on Slideshare.net. It notes that Audacity can be used to record audio and export it as an MP3, and that LAME is needed to allow Audacity to export MP3 format.
