Introduction
Content analysis , content means subject matter of any subject and
Analysis means breaking down complex units into smaller subunits/sub
topics .
It is essential component in pedagogical analysis because in doing so a
teacher should have a good knowledge of the maxims of teaching and
through knowledge of the content .
For example …
1. Universe began as a just a
single point, then expanded
and stretched to grow a large
as it is right now.
• Any particle of matter in the
universe attracts any other
with a force varying directly
as the product of the masses
and inversely as the square
of the distance between
them.
The word theory is derived from the Greek word “theoria”, means a
“speculation” Or “Contemplation” stresses the fact that all theories
are mental models of the perceived reality.
A set of assumptions, propositions, or accepted facts that attempts to
provide a rational explanation of cause-and-effect relationships
among group of observed phenomenon.

A scientific theory is defined as a fact, hypothesis or a group of hypothesis about
some phenomena that have been supported through research using the scientific
method.

Characteristics of theory
• Testable

Rules
• Rules is a guiding principles. Rule may be
definition also or statement specifying the
attributes of a concept.
• It is a method or process of achieving a
result.
• A rule is statement that has been
independently proven.
Laws
• Laws consist primarily as statements or generalizations
made about natural phenomena.
• A scientific law is an expression of a mathematical or
descriptive relationship observed in nature. It also has
Predictive power.
• A law is an independently Proven statement from which
other independently proven statements have been derived
.
Characteristics of laws
• True, at least within their regime of
validity.
• Universal.
• Simple.
• Absolute
• Stable. Unchanged since first
discovered .
Concepts
• A concept is mental idea or generalized
idea or concept is a mental
representation.
• It represents a category of object
which share common character.
Conclusion
From this we understood, what is theory, Rule, Law and concepts and when we
consider it is a theory, it is a rule, and concept. It helps the teachers to develop
good knowledge of the content.
It help to develop the characteristic of the content And help to Present important
aspect of the content effectively.
