FIVE REDEMPTIVE
POWER TOOLS
1. Faith-based

2. Hungry for God’s
favour, presence.
3. Joyful commitment to
righteousness.
4. Knowing and doing
what God has said.
5. Restoration of

The Restoration of
ONE-NESS
Between the Generations
Behold, I will send you Elijah the prophet before the great
and awesome day of the Lord comes. And he will turn the
hearts of the fathers to their children and the hearts of the
children toward their fathers, lest I come and strike the
land with a curse.
ELIJAH the prophet
Matthew 11
This is the one about whom it is written:
“‘I will send my messenger ahead of you,
who will prepare your way before you.’
Truly I tell you, among those born of women there has not
risen anyone greater than John the Baptist;
…..For all the Prophets and the Law prophesied until
John. And if you are willing to accept it, he is the Elijah
who was to come. Whoever has ears, let them hear.
QUESTION:
How and when
did John the Baptist “turn the
hearts of the fathers toward the
children and the hearts of the
children toward their parents”
???
John 3
“Rabbi, that man who was with you on the other side
of the Jordan—the one you testified about—look, he
is baptizing, and everyone is going to him.”
To this John replied, “A person can receive only what
is given them from heaven. You yourselves can
testify that I said, ‘I am not the Messiah but am sent
ahead of him.’ The bride belongs to the bridegroom.
The friend who attends the bridegroom waits and
listens for him, and is full of joy when he hears the
bridegroom’s voice. That joy is mine, and it is now
complete. He must become greater; I must become
less.”
