Pamela Hillman Joseph Calling conference messagesOs Hillman
Pamela Hillman underwent a 5 phase journey similar to Joseph's: 1) Vision, 2) Crisis, 3) Character Development, 4) Death of old self, 5) Elevation. Her crisis involved abuse, drugs, and danger. Through scripture memorization, forgiveness, and ministry in prison, she developed character and died to her old self. This led to founding Chebar Ministries to help women in prison through mentoring, packages, and speaking. Her journey shows how God can elevate those who go through hardship if they develop character along the way.
Benjamin Harrison served as the 23rd U.S. president from 1889-1893 as a Republican. However, Harrison lost reelection in 1892 to Grover Cleveland in another electoral college defeat.
Grover Cleveland served two non-consecutive terms as the 22nd and 24th President of the United States from 1885 to 1889 and 1893 to 1897. He was a Democrat who served as a lawyer before becoming President. Cleveland married Frances Folsom and represented the Democratic party.
The document discusses how adversity can be refining and bring blessings. It notes that while adversity is painful, good can come from such experiences through God's grace. Adversity allows one to demonstrate courage, exposes weaknesses to be strengthened, and is sometimes part of God's plan for growth into Christ-likeness. The greatest hardships can produce the greatest blessings, as Jesus' suffering led to eternal life.

America’s Most Famous Forgettable PresidentNelson Lewis
Rutherford B. Hayes is one of the most forgettable US presidents, but is revered as a national hero in Paraguay for the following reasons:
In the late 1800s, Hayes mediated a border dispute between Paraguay and Argentina after Paraguay's devastating loss in the War of the Triple Alliance, and his decision favored Paraguay by granting them ownership of 60% of the disputed territory. This ruling was crucial in allowing Paraguay to recover from the war and ensured its survival as an independent nation. As a result, many cities, landmarks, and institutions in Paraguay are named after Hayes today, and November 12th - the day he signed the ruling - remains a national holiday.
God often uses adversity to prepare leaders for greater callings. Joseph experienced many hardships, including slavery and imprisonment, but each test strengthened his character and prepared him to save Egypt and his family from famine. Leaders like Moses, David, Paul and Martin Luther King Jr also faced difficulties that shaped them. Adversity teaches endurance, dependence on God, and compassion for others. While painful, circumstantial crises can initiate a process where God transforms a person into someone able to fulfill their destiny and influence many.
What does it mean to live for the larger story of your life? Author and speaker Os Hillman found that there are 6 unique stages God often takes a person through to fulfill the larger story of their life.
God sometimes calls people into periods of isolation and darkness in order to prepare them for future ministry through spiritual deposits and revelation. During these times, individuals may experience tests of character that develop humility, trust, and intimacy with God through facing personal crosses or crises. Though difficult, such seasons are designed to disqualify people from relying on themselves and instead lead to greater obedience and commitment through strengthened relationship with God.
Session 3 Joseph Calling Course - 6 stages of your call & living on MannaOs Hillman
This document outlines the 6 stages of discovering one's calling and living on God's provision: 1) Realizing your dream, 2) Recruitment, 3) Character building through adversity, 4) Receiving spiritual deposits during difficult times, 5) Receiving God's manna (provision) in the desert, and 6) Understanding that provision always follows obedience. It provides examples from the Bible and experiences of others to illustrate how God uses adversity, spiritual warfare, and obedience to His timing to reveal one's calling and provide for their needs.
Session 6 Overcoming Hindrances to Fulfilling Your DestinyOs Hillman
This document summarizes a session on overcoming hindrances to fulfilling one's destiny. It discusses four primary hindrances: 1) an unbiblical view of work and ministry that separates sacred and secular, 2) the influence of Greek philosophy over Hebrew roots that prioritizes intellect over heart, 3) a religious spirit that maintains the status quo, and 4) generational strongholds and childhood wounds. It emphasizes that spiritual warfare involves recognizing and demolishing strongholds, which are developed through seeking to meet needs apart from God, in order to experience God's love freely.
Do you know your God-given inheritance? Os Hillman reveals what the Bible says about how a person can receive their spiritual and physical inheritance. Presented at the Jubilee Conference in Denver, June 2015.
Purpose and overcoming hindrances to fulfilling your callOs Hillman
1. The document discusses finding your God-given purpose and the steps to discover why God made you.
2. It suggests the first step is to seek God, then to discover your gifts and aptitudes through self-reflection and circumstances. Character development is also important.
3. Ultimately, your purpose is chosen by God and involves knowing and serving Him through the good works He prepared for you. Discovering your purpose is a progressive process that may involve divine revelation.
Do you know why God made you? Os Hillman shares how you can discover your purpose in life from God's viewpoint. God's Economy & Receiving Your Inheritance - Session 5Os Hillman
This document discusses receiving an inheritance from God through one's calling and purpose. It makes several key points:
1. Every believer can receive an inheritance from God based on their work on earth fulfilling their calling.
2. People can lose their inheritance from God by receiving things inappropriately, such as through manipulation or disobedience.
3. Understanding one's unique work life purpose and calling is key to identifying and receiving one's inheritance from God. The document uses examples from the Bible to illustrate how people fulfilled their purpose and received rewards.
1) The document discusses the concept of a "Joseph Calling," where individuals experience adversity but ultimately fulfill God's purpose for their lives.
2) Joseph from the Bible is presented as a model of a Joseph Calling, as he experienced difficulties like being sold into slavery but eventually rose to a high leadership position in Egypt.
3) Several attributes of those with a Joseph Calling are described, including identifying with adversity, experiencing God's presence during trials, and using supernatural gifts to solve major problems and provide for others.
The Joseph Calling 2hr Session- part 1 and 2 - Os HillmanOs Hillman
The document outlines a 6-stage process to discover and fulfill one's purpose, beginning with a crisis event that thrusts one into a season of isolation. It then discusses Joseph as an example, noting how his adversity prepared him for his calling through the development of character and humility. Finally, it suggests that difficult times can deposit spiritual treasures and lessons that later equip one for ministry.
The document discusses the similarities between the fictional story of Spiderman and biblical examples of people transformed by God's spirit. It notes that both Spiderman and those transformed by God often come from humble backgrounds and undergo a dramatic change when exposed to a supernatural power. The document urges readers to seek such a transformation through faith in Jesus Christ in order to take part in God's end-times plans.

Session 1 Joseph Calling: Do You Know Your Purpose?Os Hillman
This document provides information about understanding one's purpose. It discusses that God creates each person uniquely and with a specific purpose. Finding one's purpose begins with seeking a relationship with God, as everything finds its ultimate purpose in him. The document outlines several steps to discovering one's purpose, including self-discovery of gifts and aptitudes, character development, divine revelation, and noting how purposes converge as one matures. It emphasizes that God predestines each person's purpose and has planned good works for them to accomplish.
The document discusses the concept of religion attempting to discover the supernatural by trying to escape the "natural box" that humans are confined to. However, it asserts that the only way for humans to truly know the supernatural is through God bursting into the natural world in human form as Jesus Christ.
It then summarizes several passages about God revealing himself vaguely through prophets, mysteriously through the fathers, and clearly through his son Jesus. It argues that since God created all things through his voice and commands all things by his voice, it is tragic to resist that voice.
Finally, it lists seven credentials that establish Jesus as king over all things, such as being the heir of all things, creating the worlds, being the

Great Awakening Project Os Hillman presentationOs Hillman
This document outlines a call for Christians to unite and take action to restore America's Christian foundations and counter growing cultural issues. It discusses the need for spiritual awakening through prayer and solving problems. A key strategy proposed is a large-scale media campaign to spread messages on topics like socialism, critical race theory, and America's Christian heritage to disrupt current cultural trends and engage the body of Christ. Examples from past Christian movements that used media are provided. The goal is to awaken, mobilize, and collaborate as one body through love, prayer, and acts of service.
The document outlines a vision for spiritual awakening and cultural transformation in America. It calls for Christians to unite across denominations and sectors of society to advance God's kingdom through prayer, cultural engagement, and solving problems in their communities. The goal is to awaken believers and see increasing numbers come to faith in Jesus Christ, which could spark nationwide revival and restore Judeo-Christian values that shaped America's founding. Media campaigns are presented as a potential catalyst to mobilize the church and spread the message of cultural influence to a wide audience.
This document tells the story of Pamela Hillman and her journey to find freedom through forgiveness. It describes the severe abuse she endured as a child, her struggles with drug and alcohol addiction, and her time spent in prison. While in prison, God spoke to her and told her to memorize scripture daily, which began her healing process. She learned to forgive those who had hurt her, as well as herself and God. Prison became her launching point to a new life, and she is now a counselor who helps others find freedom through forgiveness.
God sees work differently than is commonly understood. God views work as ministry and a way to fulfill one's calling and destiny. The local church should equip and train believers to see their work in this way and destroy the works of the devil in their spheres of influence. However, many churches fail to adequately train and commission believers for their work, instead focusing ministry only within the four walls of the church.
This document outlines a 6-stage process for discovering, navigating, and fulfilling one's life purpose based on the biblical story of Joseph. The 6 stages are: 1) Recruitment, where one receives a divine calling; 2) Character building, involving seasons of adversity and training; 3) Isolation, a period of separation used for preparation; 4) Problem solving, using one's gifts to address challenges; 5) Networking, collaborating with others also called by God; 6) Free gift, the results one is able to achieve through their purpose. The story of Joseph exemplifies moving through these stages from a shepherd to the second most powerful ruler in Egypt.
Session 3 America in Crisis: a 7M Strategy for Revival Os Hillman
This document discusses the spiritual war for America's culture and values. It argues that America is in late stage moral and spiritual decline, as evidenced by issues like abortion, transgender acceptance, and the loss of Christian liberties. It presents the 7 Mountains model as a strategy for Christians to influence the 7 main areas or "mountains" of society: government, media, arts, family, religion, education, and business. The document advocates forming groups like the 18th century Clapham Sect to work collaboratively across spheres of influence, and leveraging technology to accelerate cultural impact. The goal is national repentance and revival through humble actions that glorify God.

Receiving Your Inheritance webclass March 2, 2020Os Hillman
1) The document discusses 5 secrets to receiving an inheritance from God: understanding that believers can receive an inheritance based on their work on earth; that receiving inappropriately can cause one to lose their inheritance; the importance of understanding one's purpose to identify their inheritance; that inheritance is received through obedience rather than one's own efforts; and that Satan attacks where one's inheritance lies.
2) It notes ways believers can lose their inheritance, such as receiving inappropriately through sin, bad ethics, or disobedience. Receiving the wrong way through manipulating outcomes or using one's gifts in disobedience can also cause one to lose rewards.
3) Understanding one's God-given work life purpose is key

History of Fath@Work Movement - Os HillmanOs Hillman
The modern faith and work movement has grown significantly over the last 90 years. It began with a few small organizations in the 1930s and expanded to over 300 city-based workplace ministry networks by the 2010s. Several influential Christian leaders and numerous books, conferences, and training programs have contributed to the growth of the theology of work. While millions of Christians are in the workplace, the movement currently only reaches a small percentage. The future involves greater collaboration between workplace ministries and other delivery channels like the local church, education, and media to more fully reach Christians in the workplace.

It seems that current missionary work requires spending a lot of money, preparing a lot of materials, and traveling to far away places, so that it feels like missionary work. But what was the result they brought back? It's just a lot of photos of activities, fun eating, drinking and some playing games. And then we have to do the same thing next year, never ending. The church once mentioned that a certain missionary would go to the field where she used to work before the end of his life. It seemed that if she had not gone, no one would be willing to go. The reason why these missionary work is so difficult is that no one obeys God’s words, and the Bible is not the main content during missionary work, because in the eyes of those who do not obey God’s words, the Bible is just words and cannot be connected with life, so Reading out God's words is boring because it doesn't have any life experience, so it cannot be connected with human life. I will give a few examples in the hope that this situation can be changed. A375

This manual will guide you through basic skills and tasks to help you get started with various aspects of Magic. Each section is designed to be easy to follow, with step-by-step instructions.
9. 6 Reasons we go through adversity
1. Sonship
• Our Heavenly Father sometimes uses
adversity to produce growth and maturity
in His children. “My son, do not despise
the Lord’s discipline and do not resent his
rebuke, because the Lord disciplines those
he loves, as a father the son he delights in”
(3:11-12).
• In Hebrews we read, “Endure hardship as
discipline; God is treating you as sons. For
what son is not disciplined by his father?”
(12:7).
10. 2. Our Identification with Others
• “comforts us in all our troubles, so that we
can comfort those in any trouble” (2 Cor.
1:4).
• God has placed all of us into a community
—the Church—in which we are a part of
one another. As Paul writes, “If one part
suffers, every part suffers with it; if one
part is honored, every part rejoices with it”
(1 Cor. 12:26).
11. 3. Our Testing
• “These [trials] have come so that
your faith—of greater worth than
gold, which perishes even though
refined by fire—may be proved
genuine” (1 Pet. 1:7).
• Joseph’s 4 Tests – Forgiveness,
Perseverance, Purity, Stewarship
12. 4. Our Calling and Preparation
• Adversity teaches us how to endure
pressure, problems and stress.
“Consider it pure joy, my brothers,
whenever you face trials of many
kinds, because you know that the
testing of your faith develops
perseverance. Perseverance must
finish its work so that you may be
mature and complete, not lacking
anything” (Jas. 1:2-4).
Depth and width of your call
often determined by level of
adversity.
13. 5. Our Ability to Trust God’s
Faithfulness
• Adversity is a school of faith where we
learn to trust God and depend on Him
completely to provide for our needs. As
Paul tells us, “God is faithful; he will
not let you be tempted beyond what you
can bear” (1 Cor. 10:13).
14. 6. Sin
• Sometimes, we experience adversity because
God is dealing with sin in either our
individual lives or in our corporate lives.
• 2 Samuel 21, “After the famine had continued
for three years, David went before God and
prayed for an answer. The word of the Lord
came to David: ‘It is on account of Saul and
his blood-stained house; it is because he put
the Gibeonites to death.’”
16. A Conversation in Heaven
I will raise up for myself a faithful priest, who
will do according to what is in my heart and
mind. I will firmly establish his house, and
he will minister before my anointed one
always (1 Sam 2:35-36) .
17. "So then, it was not you who sent
me here, but God. He made me
father to Pharaoh, lord of his entire
household and ruler of all Egypt.
Gen 45:8-9
"Can we find anyone like this man,
