Interactive learning with the aid of a computer was the hype of recent years. But as users quickly
discovered: learning on a computer monitor is almost as tedious as learning from a book.

when I saw a _______ drawn on the sidewalk,” she recalls. “It suddenly occurred to me that

Gunter Schabowski was an official from ________ who had this simple task of delivering a press
conference in the late 80s, just like any other day.
Assigned with the job of relaxing the rules for the new “travel code”, Schabowski felt that the
document would be like any other routine document – so routine-like he felt it to be that he
forgot to read through it before approaching the podium.
It subsequently emerged that the new “travel code” to have been phased in the following day,
but the timetable was set out on the reverse side of the document from which Schabowski was
reading.
The speech went on to become a boring one, so boring that a few journalists ended up thinking
as if the whole “travel code” will be taken away, making them simply ask when the new
measures would be taken – to which Schabowski replied – “Sofort” (Immediately, like right
now).
What happened as a result of this laziness (or) What followed this reply of Gunter?

Starbucks Secret Menu is a website that claims to be “for fans, by fans” – by patrons of Starbucks for
patrons of Starbucks (:P) where in they try to conceptualise new novel drinks which Starbucks can
actually have a shot making at.
The recipe for a certain drink, that most of us would have first heard of a few years back, was
proposed as follows by a fan who wanted Starbucks to make it –
-> Whole milk steamer
-> Add Caramel syrup (2 for tall, 3 for grande, 4 for venti)
-> Add Toffee nut syrup (2 for tall, 3 for grande, 4 for venti)
-> Add Cinnamon Dolce syrup (2 for tall, 3 for grande, 4 for venti)
-> Whipped cream and salted caramel bits on top (or creme brulee topping if you prefer)
-> Optional if you prefer to add a coffee taste: Add a shot of espresso (2 for a grande or venti)
What sweet drink, that is definitely not alcoholic , did the fan want Starbucks to create in reality?

19* Starbucks Secret Menuis a website that claims to be “for fans, by fans” – by patrons of Starbucks for patrons of Starbucks (:P) where in they try to conceptualise new novel drinks which Starbucks can actually have a shot making at. The recipe for a certain drink, that most of us would have first heard of a few years back, was proposed as follows by a fan who wanted Starbucks to make it – -> Whole milk steamer -> Add Caramel syrup (2 for tall, 3 for grande, 4 for venti) -> Add Toffee nut syrup (2 for tall, 3 for grande, 4 for venti) -> Add Cinnamon Dolce syrup (2 for tall, 3 for grande, 4 for venti) -> Whipped cream and salted caramel bits on top (or creme brulee topping if you prefer) -> Optional if you prefer to add a coffee taste: Add a shot of espresso (2 for a grande or venti) What sweet drink, that is definitely not alcoholic , did the fan want Starbucks to create in reality?
