The Super Keto Diet
The Ultimate Keto Recipe
Here's a simple recipe for a Keto-friendly dish: Parmesan-Crusted Chicken with Roasted
Vegetables.
Ingredients:
● 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
● 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
● 1/2 cup almond flour
● 1 teaspoon dried oregano
● 1 teaspoon garlic powder
● Salt and pepper to taste
● Olive oil for cooking
● Assorted low-carb vegetables (e.g., broccoli, cauliflower, bell peppers)
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. In a shallow bowl, mix together the Parmesan cheese, almond flour, dried
oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
3. Rinse the chicken breasts and pat them dry with a paper towel. Dip each chicken
breast into the Parmesan mixture, pressing gently to coat both sides evenly.
4. Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Place the coated
chicken breasts in the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side until
golden brown.
5. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes or until the
chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
6. While the chicken is baking, prepare the roasted vegetables. Cut the assorted
low-carb vegetables into bite-sized pieces and toss them with olive oil, salt, and
pepper. Spread them evenly on a baking sheet and roast in the oven for about
15-20 minutes until they are tender and slightly charred.
Bonus Tip: For added flavor, squeeze fresh lemon juice over the cooked chicken breasts
before serving. You can also garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
This recipe takes approximately 30-40 minutes to cook (including prep time) and serves
4 people.
Remember to adjust portion sizes and ingredients based on your specific dietary needs
