500 Ketogenic Diet Recipes: Ultimate Ketogenic

Creamy Garlic Parmesan Chicken with Broccoli
Ingredients:
● 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
● 2 tablespoons olive oil
● 4 cloves garlic, minced
● 1 cup heavy cream
● 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
● 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
● Salt and pepper to taste
● 4 cups broccoli florets
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
3. Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken breasts
and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until they are golden brown. Remove the
chicken from the skillet and set aside.
4. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
5. Pour the heavy cream into the skillet and bring it to a simmer. Reduce the heat to low
and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes until the cream thickens slightly.
6. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning, and continue stirring until the
cheese has melted and the sauce is smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
7. Add the chicken breasts back into the skillet, spooning some of the sauce over each
piece. Place the skillet in the preheated oven and bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until
the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
8. While the chicken is baking, steam or boil the broccoli florets until tender, then drain.
9. Serve the chicken breasts alongside the steamed broccoli, drizzling the creamy garlic
Parmesan sauce over the chicken and broccoli. You can garnish with additional grated
Parmesan cheese and fresh herbs if desired.
This recipe provides a delicious combination of protein from the chicken and healthy fats from
the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. It's a satisfying and flavorful meal that fits well into a
