This document outlines the process and requirements for judges to advance to Level 3. It discusses prerequisites like time served as Level 2, experience in leadership roles, self-reviews, and recommendations. Candidates submit an application detailing how they meet the criteria. If approved, candidates take a written test and interview. The interview evaluates qualities of a regional judge.
