- Interview Francisca & JW Will you introduce yourself shortly? How did you prefer to learn as a child, student, adult? When did problems occur between you and „noisy” learners or workers? When and how did you discovered that you were a silent learner (Human dynamics, nu zelf trainer) Was this important to you? When are you powerful in a group?
