The Power of Silent learners in a group

  1. Interview Francisca & JW Will you introduce yourself shortly? How did you prefer to learn as a child, student, adult? When did problems occur between you and „noisy” learners or workers? When and how did you discovered that you were a silent learner (Human dynamics, nu zelf trainer) Was this important to you? When are you powerful in a group?
  2. JW: How can you recognize my kind of learner? I think we are the thinkers and not the doers of the group, we….. (We have a summary of these characteristics. At the end of the webinar you can download the document.)
  3. Which role you play the best in groups?
  4. That they do not call you lazy, shy, emotionless, not interested or stupid. That they ask questions That they don’t interrupt me when I am talking. That they give me space to explain. That I can ask for more structure. That you explain what you need to participate
