This document summarizes new photometric and spectroscopic data for the galaxies in Stephan's Quintet, a compact galaxy group. The data provides evidence that:
1) NGC 7319, a spiral galaxy, shows the strongest signs of dynamical perturbation, likely caused by an interaction with nearby galaxy NGC 7320C passing through the group a few hundred million years ago.
2) NGC 7318B, another spiral galaxy, exhibits evidence of being in the early stages of colliding with the galaxy group.
3) NGC 7317 and 7318A are elliptical galaxies or stripped spiral bulges that show no signs of past or current merger activity but are embedded in an interacting luminous halo.
