There are several types of numbers including natural numbers which are counting numbers like 1, 2, 3, rational numbers which can be expressed as fractions, and real numbers which include all measuring numbers and are usually written in decimal form. Numbers are important for dates, time, and achieving dramatic effects through layering images with artistic effects.
