Bonneville Environmental Foundation (BEF) The North Face ® offsets 100% of the energy use of all of its U.S. operations, including retail stores, by purchasing BEF’s renewable energy credits.   7. These temporary retail locations allow companies to redefine their brand by engaging with customers’ emotions and offer customer’s enhanced, interactive experiences with their brand. There are no cash registers at these types of stores. They are not built to sell inventory: they are built to sell an experience. The North Face ® needs to build a pop-up store containing sustainable materials that covers the floor plan design. It will also act as a resource informing customers about North Face’s environmental practices and accomplishments.
