An experienced dairy industry executive, Rance Miles has served as chief financial officer and chief operating officer of Quality Milk Sales since 1997. Outside of his professional pursuits, Rance Miles dedicates his time and resources to several organizations, including the National Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) Association. CASA has established various programs and activities to support individuals serving as court-appointed advocates for the hundreds of thousands of children across the country each year who have experienced abuse and neglect.

3.  In addition to sponsoring a variety of state
and local events, CASA holds a National
Annual Conference that is attended by
more than 1,200 individuals each year. The
multidisciplinary conference attracts a mix
of board members, judges, attorneys,
volunteers, and child welfare advocates,
who gather at the conference to network
with their peers, share best practices, and
learn from well-known leaders in the child
welfare field.

4.  The next National CASA Annual
Conference will be held May 30-June 2,
2015, in New Orleans, Louisiana. The four-day
event will feature a number of
prominent speakers and a range of
educational workshops and institutes led by
skilled faculty from across the country. More
