A375 Example Taste the taste of the Lord, the taste of the Lord The taste of...franktsao4
It seems that current missionary work requires spending a lot of money, preparing a lot of materials, and traveling to far away places, so that it feels like missionary work. But what was the result they brought back? It's just a lot of photos of activities, fun eating, drinking and some playing games. And then we have to do the same thing next year, never ending. The church once mentioned that a certain missionary would go to the field where she used to work before the end of his life. It seemed that if she had not gone, no one would be willing to go. The reason why these missionary work is so difficult is that no one obeys God’s words, and the Bible is not the main content during missionary work, because in the eyes of those who do not obey God’s words, the Bible is just words and cannot be connected with life, so Reading out God's words is boring because it doesn't have any life experience, so it cannot be connected with human life. I will give a few examples in the hope that this situation can be changed. A375

312 A Wise Woman of Abel Beth Maakah Saves The Town
The Miracles of Jesus for Children
1.
2. Jesus Turns Water into Wine
Jesus went to Cana to attend a wedding party. His mother, Mary, also
attended. But the host of the wedding party did not have enough wine for
everyone who had gathered. This was an embarrassing situation for the
wedding host. So Mary told Jesus about the problem. Jesus then miracu-
lously changed six large clay pots of water into fine wine for the wedding
party.
3. Fish and More Fish
One day as Jesus was preaching on the shore of the Sea of Galilee, great
crowds pressed in on him to listen to the word of God. He noticed two
empty boats at the water’s edge, for the fishermen had left them and were
washing their nets. Stepping into one of the boats, Jesus asked Simon, its
owner, to push it out into the water. So he sat in the boat and taught the
crowds from there.
When he had finished speaking, he said to Simon, “Now go out where it is
deeper, and let down your nets to catch some fish.”
“Master,” Simon replied, “we worked hard all last night and didn’t catch a
thing. But if you say so, I’ll let the nets down again.” And this time their
nets were so full of fish they began to tear!
4. Jesus Heals a Lame Man
When Jesus returned to Capernaum, the news spread quickly that he was
back home. Soon the house where he was staying was so packed with
visitors that there was no more room, even outside the door.
While he was preaching God’s word to them, four men arrived carrying a
paralyzed man on a mat. They couldn’t bring him to Jesus because of the
crowd, so they dug a hole through the roof above his head. Then they
lowered the man on his mat, right down in front of Jesus. Seeing their faith,
Jesus said to the paralyzed man, “Stand up, pick up your mat, and go
home!”
The man jumped up, grabbed his mat, and walked out through the stunned
onlookers. They were all amazed and praised God, exclaiming, “We’ve never
seen anything like this before!”
5. Jesus Heals Blind Bartimaeus
As Jesus and his disciples left town, a large crowd followed him. A blind
beggar named Bartimaeus was sitting beside the road. When Bartimaeus
heard that Jesus of Nazareth was nearby, he began to shout, “Jesus, Son of
David, have mercy on me!”
When Jesus heard him, he stopped and said, “Tell him to come here.” So they
called the blind man. Bartimaeus threw aside his coat, jumped up, and came
to Jesus.
“What do you want me to do for you?” Jesus asked.
“My Rabbi,” the blind man said, “I want to see!”
Jesus said to him, “Your faith has healed you.” Instantly the man could see,
and he followed Jesus down the road.
6. Jesus feeds 5,000 people
Jesus went to a remote area to be alone, but the crowds heard where He
was headed and followed on foot from many towns. When Jesus saw the
huge crowd, He had compassion on them and healed their sick.
It was getting late in the day, and Jesus' disciples were concerned that the
crowd did not have any food. Jesus told His disciples to feed the crowd, but
the disciples said they only had five loaves of bread and two fish. Jesus
gave thanks, broke the loaves, and gave them to the disciples who gave
them to the people, who all ate and were satisfied. 12 baskets of leftover
crumbs were later gathered, so much had the food been multiplied!
7. Jesus Calms the Storm
As evening came, Jesus said to his disciples, “Let’s cross to the other side of
the lake.” So they started out. But soon a fierce storm came up. High waves
were breaking into the boat, and it began to fill with water.
Jesus was sleeping at the back of the boat with his head on a cushion. The
disciples woke him up, shouting, “Teacher, don’t you care that we’re going to
drown?”
When Jesus woke up, he rebuked the wind and said to the waves, “Silence!
Be still!” Suddenly the wind stopped, and there was a great calm. Then he
asked them, “Why are you afraid? Do you still have no faith?”
The disciples were absolutely terrified. “Who is this man?” they asked each
other. “Even the wind and waves obey him!”
8. Jesus Brings Jairus’ Daughter Back to Life
A ruler of the people came to Jesus and said that his daughter had just
died. Jesus and His disciples went to the ruler's home and saw a gathering
of mourners. Jesus told the mourners to leave the house, and He told them
that the girl was not dead, but asleep. The mourners laughed at Him. But,
after the mourners had left the home, Jesus took the girl by the hand and
the girl rose up, alive.
9. Jesus Walks on Water
Jesus told His disciples to go out into the water in a boat while Jesus went
to a private place to pray. Later, Jesus walked out to the boat and startled
the disciples. They thought they were seeing a ghost walking on the water.
But after they realized that it was Jesus, they worshiped Him, saying,
"Truly you are the Son of God.“
10. Jesus Heals Ten Lepers
As Jesus entered a village there, ten men with leprosy stood at a distance,
crying out, “Jesus, Master, have mercy on us!”
He looked at them and said, “Go show yourselves to the priests.”
(According to the custom of the Jews, after a leper had been healed, he
was to present himself to the priest to verify his healing.) And as they
went, they were cleansed of their leprosy.
11. Jesus Heals a Demon-Possessed Boy
A man came and knelt before Jesus and said, “Lord, have mercy on my
son. He has seizures and suffers terribly. He often falls into the fire or
into the water. So I brought him to your disciples, but they couldn’t heal
him.”
Jesus said, “Bring the boy here to me.”
When the evil spirit saw Jesus, it threw the child into a violent
convulsion, and he fell to the ground. Then Jesus rebuked the demon in
the boy, and it left him. From that moment the boy was well.
12. Payment of the Temple Tax
On their arrival in Capernaum, the collectors of the Temple tax came to
Peter and asked him, “Doesn’t your teacher pay the Temple tax?”
“Yes, he does,” Peter replied. Then he went into the house and talked with
Jesus about what had happened.
Jesus told Peter, “Go down to the lake and throw in a line. Open the mouth
of the first fish you catch, and you will find a large silver coin. Take it and
pay the tax for both of us.”
13. Jesus raises Lazarus from the dead
When Jesus received word that His friend, Lazarus, was seriously ill, He
said: "This sickness will not end in death. No, it is for God's glory so that
God's Son may be glorified through it.“
A few days later, Jesus traveled to Lazarus' town, where he was told Lazarus
had been dead for four days. Jesus told Martha, Lazarus' sister, "I am the
resurrection and the life. He who believes in Me will live, even though he
dies; and whoever lives and believes in Me will never die. Do you believe
this?“
"Yes, Lord," Martha told him, "I believe that You are the Christ, the Son of
God, who was to come into the world." Jesus then went to the tomb and
called out for Lazarus. Lazarus rose back to life and walked out of his tomb.
14. Jesus is Risen from the Dead
Some Jews said to Jesus, “Show us a miracle as a sign from God.”
Jesus answered, “Destroy this temple and I will build it again in three
days.” But the temple Jesus meant was his own body. Three days after
Jesus was crucified, died, and was buried, He rose again.
During the next 40 days, Jesus appeared to his disciples many times. Once,
he even appeared to more than 500 people at the same time! In many
ways, he proved to his disciples that he was alive, and he taught them
about the kingdom of God.
