The story is about two classes, 1a and 1b, who put on a play about princesses and dragons. It introduces the characters - the King, knights, princesses and dragons. One of the princesses wishes she could play with a dragon. A little dragon overhears and decides to play with her under a tree. They are happy until the knight interrupts, but the princess pushes the knight in a pond to defend the dragon. The story shows that princesses can like dragons.
