One major technological advancement I think will affect profiling practices in the future is CGT (Criminal Geographic Targeting). CGT is a computerized geographic profiling technique used in police investigations of complex serial crimes (Rossmo, 1995). A criminal analysis technique that uses the locations of a connected series of crime sites to determine the most probable area of the offender's residence. According to Rossmo, geography plays an important role in the offender's selection of suitable victims, which is why this program will be important in the future. The CGT produces a map showing specific details, for example, patrol saturation, grid and area searches, police information and record systems, outside agency databases, and zip code prioritization. This process includes investigation reports, witness statements, autopsy reports, and psychological profiles (1995). In addition, a detailed examination of a crime scene, interviews with lead investigators, crime analysts, and demographic data (Holmes & Holmes, 2004).
The computer revolution has arrived in our world and is becoming the next major advance in our arsenal of weapons against crime. The computer revolution has dramatically influenced the criminal justice system and is used to track crimes and criminals. The future of computerized monitoring, for example, is that of the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), which uses a tracking system called the Drug Abuse Warning Network (DAWN). In addition, computerized profiling may soon help law enforcement personnel define efficiently the types of personalities associated with violent crimes such as murder, rape, and serial murder (Holmes & Holmes, 2004).

I think the technology advancements in criminal profiling in the future and I do believe that GPS and Drones will be more effective in the future because with GPS it can give the location of the suspect, it helps with high-speed chases, and it even help the law enforcement where the victim was last seen through their cellphones tower and GPS systems. GIS systems help with keeping track of police vehicles and give the department their location at any time. Drones give more adapt process of the suspect and it can help you cover more area to help in locating the suspect, give you more details of crime and help in finding evidence that law enforcement missed during their first investigation. Drones can reach harder places and can be beneficial to the crime scene.

Christianity is the largest religion in the world. It involves a large number of people globally who adhere to it. The religion has a number of customs and tenets that have to do with dying, bereavement, rites of grieving, burial and cremation. One of the most active areas of inquiry worldwide has been attempting to comprehend how different religions view death. This subject is significant since everyone must undergo death at some point in their lives. Students that are studying religion and culture will find this information useful. Additionally, this information will be extremely helpful to anyone who is interested in Christianity or, more specifically, death.
Christians consider that a person's physical existence begins at birth and ends at death. They have a steadfast conviction that there is only one journey through this world, and it ends in death. Christians believe that each person only experiences death once during their lifetime and that it can happen to anyone at any time. Anyone can die, regardless of their age or gender; in other words, whether you're young or old, male or female, you must pass away. They hold the view that God, their heavenly and spiritual father, decides who lives and who dies as well as planning everyone's death (Vail III & Soenke 2018). They refer to death as God's will, which they are obligated to accept despite their heart desires. They believe there is life after death. They hold the view that after passing away, the souls of the deceased begin a new existence.
Undoubtedly, one of the most frequently discussed subjects in literature is death. Themes like pain and grief, love, perseverance, illness, and immortality are frequently depicted in combination with death and are hence closely tied to it. Death typically has themes of pain and grief, particularly when it affects persons who were close to the departed. Mourning stems from suffering and grief (Vail III & Soenke 2018). Mourning is the sentiment of sadness for another person's passing. Christians believe that after a death, the bereaved person's immediate family should get together and grieve with them. They view it as something that has an impact on society as a whole. They pray for God to comfort the family members during the period of grieving. They also give God, who they believe is in charge of the departed, the soul of the individual who has passed away.
Once an individual has passed away a ceremony is carried out to celebrate the life of the deceased person, a funeral ceremony. Some of the ceremonies are held publicly or privately depending on the choice of the family members. During the ceremony, they share about the person’s life and bury their body. After the funeral ceremony, the body is either buried or cremated. Burring involves covering the body underground while cremation involves burning the body into ashes. Death is a stage.

According to the John Hopkins website “Evidence-Based Medicine (EBM) aims for the ideal that healthcare professionals should make "conscientious, explicit, and judicious use of current best evidence" in their everyday practice.” This means that it is factual based care. Do not think it s immoral to provide care under this model versus cultural medical beliefs. As we have whiteness' with ,the spirit catches you and you fall down. Many of these beliefs have no scientific merit or value, and they are not always safe. It’s a hard thing to try to convince someone that their cultural beliefs are not safe, but it is our duty as medical professionals to assist everyone and help them maintain good outcomes. This is something that we need to make sure we are able to do in a caring manner, and as we have seen, sometimes it may not always happen the way we would like.
I do not believe that it is considered a perception puzzle. There is science backed evidence, and the cultural beliefs are just that beliefs … and it is what they see. Yes, it is the way they interpret and perceive this - but that does not mean that it is a puzzle to be solved but more of a kaleidoscope view of the science based truth .

According to the National Institute of Health. (2021). “Evidence-based medicine (EBM) uses the scientific method to organize and apply current data to improve healthcare decisions. Thus, the best available science is combined with the healthcare professional's clinical experience and the patient's values to arrive at the best medical decision for the patient.” While Steven Tenny & Matthew Varacallo (2021) stated that “Culture is a combination of a body of knowledge, a body of belief, and a body of behavior which involves several elements that are often specific to ethnic, racial, religious, geographic, or social groups that includes personal identification, language, thoughts, communications, actions, customs, beliefs, values, and institutions.” Based on these definitions, I don’t think it is immoral or insensitive to set evidence-based medical practice over other cultural medical beliefs unless in a situation whereby it goes against the wishes of that patient which can be insensitive.

The student will write two Evaluative Essays each discussing a chosen topic. The student will choose one of the given essay prompts to write on. The length of each paper should be 750 – 1100 words – not counting footnotes. The paper will use double spaced text, Times New Roman, 12 pt. font, standard margins, and indentation. The paper must use Turabian formatting.

Christianity is the largest religion in the world. It involves a large number of people globally who adhere to it. The religion has a number of customs and tenets that have to do with dying, bereavement, rites of grieving, burial and cremation. One of the most active areas of inquiry worldwide has been attempting to comprehend how different religions view death. This subject is significant since everyone must undergo death at some point in their lives. Students that are studying religion and culture will find this information useful. Additionally, this information will be extremely helpful to anyone who is interested in Christianity or, more specifically, death.
Christians consider that a person's physical existence begins at birth and ends at death. They have a steadfast conviction that there is only one journey through this world, and it ends in death. Christians believe that each person only experiences death once during their lifetime and that it can happen to anyone at any time. Anyone can die, regardless of their age or gender; in other words, whether you're young or old, male or female, you must pass away. They hold the view that God, their heavenly and spiritual father, decides who lives and who dies as well as planning everyone's death (Vail III & Soenke 2018). They refer to death as God's will, which they are obligated to accept despite their heart desires. They believe there is life after death. They hold the view that after passing away, the souls of the deceased begin a new existence.
Undoubtedly, one of the most frequently discussed subjects in literature is death. Themes like pain and grief, love, perseverance, illness, and immortality are frequently depicted in combination with death and are hence closely tied to it. Death typically has themes of pain and grief, particularly when it affects persons who were close to the departed. Mourning stems from suffering and grief (Vail III & Soenke 2018). Mourning is the sentiment of sadness for another person's passing. Christians believe that after a death, the bereaved person's immediate family should get together and grieve with them. They view it as something that has an impact on society as a whole. They pray for God to comfort the family members during the period of grieving. They also give God, who they believe is in charge of the departed, the soul of the individual who has passed away.
Once an individual has passed away a ceremony is carried out to celebrate the life of the deceased person, a funeral ceremony. Some of the ceremonies are held publicly or privately depending on the choice of the family members. During the ceremony, they share about the person’s life and bury their body. After the funeral ceremony, the body is either buried or cremated. Burring involves covering the body underground while cremation involves burning the body into ashes. Death is a stage.

According to the John Hopkins website “Evidence-Based Medicine (EBM) aims for the ideal that healthcare professionals should make "conscientious, explicit, and judicious use of current best evidence" in their everyday practice.” This means that it is factual based care. Do not think it s immoral to provide care under this model versus cultural medical beliefs. As we have whiteness' with ,the spirit catches you and you fall down. Many of these beliefs have no scientific merit or value, and they are not always safe. It’s a hard thing to try to convince someone that their cultural beliefs are not safe, but it is our duty as medical professionals to assist everyone and help them maintain good outcomes. This is something that we need to make sure we are able to do in a caring manner, and as we have seen, sometimes it may not always happen the way we would like.
I do not believe that it is considered a perception puzzle. There is science backed evidence, and the cultural beliefs are just that beliefs … and it is what they see. Yes, it is the way they interpret and perceive this - but that does not mean that it is a puzzle to be solved but more of a kaleidoscope view of the science based truth .

According to the National Institute of Health. (2021). “Evidence-based medicine (EBM) uses the scientific method to organize and apply current data to improve healthcare decisions. Thus, the best available science is combined with the healthcare professional's clinical experience and the patient's values to arrive at the best medical decision for the patient.” While Steven Tenny & Matthew Varacallo (2021) stated that “Culture is a combination of a body of knowledge, a body of belief, and a body of behavior which involves several elements that are often specific to ethnic, racial, religious, geographic, or social groups that includes personal identification, language, thoughts, communications, actions, customs, beliefs, values, and institutions.” Based on these definitions, I don’t think it is immoral or insensitive to set evidence-based medical practice over other cultural medical beliefs unless in a situation whereby it goes against the wishes of that patient which can be insensitive.

You are joining a large family-owned hotel as sales and marketing director. Your team is composed of a conference and events manager (Anna), a sales manager (John)and a communications manager (Paul) who have all worked for the hotel for several years.
The location of this hotel is great in popular tourist destination mainly busy in the Summer months but there is a great deal of competition, making the role of the sales team quite challenging.
The team is deflated and lacks faith in the hotel to perform or follow through on sales promises, and doubts your leadership as you are much younger and less experienced (as far as they know) than your predecessor.
Prepare a 5-minute introductory speech to motivate your team. You can use visuals but do not read from a script.
The Challenge
A good motivational speech requires adequate time and preparation to enable the speaker to be at ease and to
deal with problems that may arise during presentation. It is always important to consider how you will be able to catch and make your audience listen keenly to your ideas.
A motivational speech should:
combine specifics of the intended outcome with something memorable be persuasive and practical.
leave an impact on listeners.
The speaker must follow an imperative mood through the speech.
The speech should be energetic and interesting.
Key steps
Step One: get the attention of your audience.
Step Two – Need: state the need for change
Step Three – Satisfaction: satisfy their need by your speech.
Step Four – Visualization: Present the idea of benefits that can be achieved.
Step Five – Action! Show them the plan and strategy to follow
How to start
The beginning should incorporate an introduction which includes informing the audience who you are and your background in order to lay down your credibility.
This should be followed by the “attention capture”
The body of the speech
A good speech can motivate them if the speaker gives
direction by outlining the major challenges ahead
and how to overcome them, this helps to focused the audience.
Use vivid stories and “words of wisdom” to inspire the target
A motivational speech is a formal address or communication written to convince the audience to take action.
It should identify the issues at stake and “motivate” the audience to take action to overcome them.

Overview
The student will evaluate an historical theme using assigned sources for support and compose a properly formatted, scholarly paper. Please note, there will be two essay assignments that are separate assignments with different due dates.
Students will submit a thesis statement for
Evaluative Essay: Ancient Societies Assignment to the instructor for review. This pre-submission of the thesis statement will not be required for
Evaluative Essay: Medieval Cultures Assignment.
Instructions
The student will write two Evaluative Essays each discussing a chosen topic. The student will choose one of the given essay prompts to write on. The length of each paper should be 750 – 1100 words – not counting footnotes. The paper will use double spaced text, Times New Roman, 12 pt. font, standard margins, and indentation. The paper must use Turabian formatting.
The paper will include both a title page and a bibliography page. The student will use citations of the sources given in the prompts. The essay should use Basic Organization (except literature topic, given in literature document): The paper will consist of an introduction, body, and conclusion.
The introduction should be one paragraph and should introduce the main argument, ending with a strong thesis statement. The thesis statement is the one sentence argument.
The body of the paper is a few paragraphs (3-4) that develop and support the argument while comparing the assigned documents. The body will also provide further analysis and Biblical evaluation. The body of the paper should provide specific examples and details from the assigned sources.
The conclusion is the final paragraph, restating the argument and summarizing the main points of the paper, drawing conclusions for the reader. The conclusion should not provide new information.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies such as Generative AI, Image Generators and Large Language Models have had a dramatic impact on teaching, learning and assessment over the past 18 months. The most immediate threat AI posed was to Academic Integrity with Higher Education Institutes (HEIs) focusing their efforts on combating the use of GenAI in assessment. Guidelines were developed for staff and students, policies put in place too. Innovative educators have forged paths in the use of Generative AI for teaching, learning and assessments leading to pockets of transformation springing up across HEIs, often with little or no top-down guidance, support or direction.
This Gasta posits a strategic approach to integrating AI into HEIs to prepare staff, students and the curriculum for an evolving world and workplace. We will highlight the advantages of working with these technologies beyond the realm of teaching, learning and assessment by considering prompt engineering skills, industry impact, curriculum changes, and the need for staff upskilling. In contrast, not engaging strategically with Generative AI poses risks, including falling behind peers, missed opportunities and failing to ensure our graduates remain employable. Dear Dr. Kornbluth and Mr. Gorenberg,
The US House of Representatives is deeply concerned by ongoing and pervasive acts of antisemitic
harassment and intimidation at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). Failing to act decisively to ensure a safe learning environment for all students would be a grave dereliction of your responsibilities as President of MIT and Chair of the MIT Corporation.
This Congress will not stand idly by and allow an environment hostile to Jewish students to persist. The House believes that your institution is in violation of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act, and the inability or
unwillingness to rectify this violation through action requires accountability.
Postsecondary education is a unique opportunity for students to learn and have their ideas and beliefs challenged. However, universities receiving hundreds of millions of federal funds annually have denied
students that opportunity and have been hijacked to become venues for the promotion of terrorism, antisemitic harassment and intimidation, unlawful encampments, and in some cases, assaults and riots.
The House of Representatives will not countenance the use of federal funds to indoctrinate students into hateful, antisemitic, anti-American supporters of terrorism. Investigations into campus antisemitism by the Committee on Education and the Workforce and the Committee on Ways and Means have been expanded into a Congress-wide probe across all relevant jurisdictions to address this national crisis. The undersigned Committees will conduct oversight into the use of federal funds at MIT and its learning environment under authorities granted to each Committee.
• The Committee on Education and the Workforce has been investigating your institution since December 7, 2023. The Committee has broad jurisdiction over postsecondary education, including its compliance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act, campus safety concerns over disruptions to the learning environment, and the awarding of federal student aid under the Higher Education Act.
• The Committee on Oversight and Accountability is investigating the sources of funding and other support flowing to groups espousing pro-Hamas propaganda and engaged in antisemitic harassment and intimidation of students. The Committee on Oversight and Accountability is the principal oversight committee of the US House of Representatives and has broad authority to investigate “any matter” at “any time” under House Rule X.
• The Committee on Ways and Means has been investigating several universities since November 15, 2023, when the Committee held a hearing entitled From Ivory Towers to Dark Corners: Investigating the Nexus Between Antisemitism, Tax-Exempt Universities, and Terror Financing. The Committee followed the hearing with letters to those institutions on January 10, 202

Innovative educators have forged paths in the use of Generative AI for teaching, learning and assessments leading to pockets of transformation springing up across HEIs, often with little or no top-down guidance, support or direction.
This Gasta posits a strategic approach to integrating AI into HEIs to prepare staff, students and the curriculum for an evolving world and workplace. We will highlight the advantages of working with these technologies beyond the realm of teaching, learning and assessment by considering prompt engineering skills, industry impact, curriculum changes, and the need for staff upskilling. In contrast, not engaging strategically with Generative AI poses risks, including falling behind peers, missed opportunities and failing to ensure our graduates remain employable. The rapid evolution of AI technologies necessitates a proactive and strategic approach if we are to remain relevant.
