action.

becomes more assertive, which optimizes negotiations, leading to more
accurate business closings.

mission of the Customer
Experience team, which
can generate promoters or
detractors of the brands
and, consequently,
recognition rates that are
directly linked to the
positioning of the brands in
the market.
Customer experience
also generates inputs for
the Branding and
Marketing teams.
