MACHINE
Based on references, studies, researches,
observations, media and social media monitoring,
consumer behavior, among other market factors,
Branding creates guides, purposes and
positioning for brands in the market.
Following the guides and
purposes of the brands,
Marketing creates campaigns
to sell the products, reaching
the target audience of each
brand through channels and
segmented disclosures,
capturing leads.
The captured leads need to be treated,
segmented and directed to each of the
brands, according to the pre-established
target audience. This is the Lead Central
action.
Sales teams receive the leads, already segmented, and classify
them according to each of the available products, so sales direction
becomes more assertive, which optimizes negotiations, leading to more
accurate business closings.
After closing business
and conquering
customers, it's time to
maintain their
satisfaction and
happiness. This is the
mission of the Customer
Experience team, which
can generate promoters or
detractors of the brands
and, consequently,
recognition rates that are
directly linked to the
positioning of the brands in
the market.
Customer experience
also generates inputs for
the Branding and
Marketing teams.
