  3. # Patient input becomes increasingly important to physician providers, who must understand patients # Increasingly consumeristic behaviors, find options to reward them # Healthcare Providers have to view the patient experience beyond clinical care + Some defend that Virtual Consultation will never Replace the face to face appointment COMPANIES : Babylon Health , Push Doctor and Dr. NOW are well established….and gain momentum + PATIENTS TO rely less on their Doctors. Now with the use of SmartPhone you can book a Doctor to visit you at Home ( On Demand ) + Healthcare is not the same as online entertainment, shopping or banking. IT IS NOT JUST data or sharing DATA …it’s complex…it’s a team SPORT : Patients , Physicians, Staff ( all involved ) with an active Role.

However at the end of the day is all about PEOPLE. Processes of IDEATION and ITERATION are needed BE OPEN MINDED…..it’s against the grain of many Corporate Structures.
