We’ve worked in the healthcare sector for nearly two decades. In 2012, we developed CREATION Pinpoint – a unique technology platform allowing us to isolate conversations among healthcare professionals, meaning we cut out 95% of the chatter, and focus only on the conversations that matter. CREATION Pinpoint is a proprietary technology platform that uses machine learning to find, listen to and understand what is being said by doctors, nurses, and pharmacists, alongside a team of knowledge engineers who analyze the data to develop customized research insights.
