GoalsMapper is a financial planning software that aims to empower individuals with financial literacy. It was founded in 2018 in Singapore by Dato Wayne Chen and Pok Xiao Guo. GoalsMapper provides financial consultants tools to create customized financial plans for clients and illustrate the impact of recommendations. It has since expanded to Malaysia and Thailand and works with many leading financial institutions. GoalsMapper aims to raise financial literacy at individual, community and national levels through its software.

Our Story
Enriching Lives Through Financial Literacy
Co-founder of GoalsMapper, Dato Wayne Chen, believed that if everyone were empowered with proper financial
planning tools and knowledge, people could live better lives – lives free from the what-ifs; lives enjoyed on one's own
terms.
That was what drove Wayne to turn his personal experience into an entrepreneurial opportunity –
digitising the financial consultancy industry and enhancing value creation for financial consultants.
Together with Co-founder Pok Xiao Guo, who has amassed over a decade of experience in the software industry,
particularly in system architecture, design and infrastructure, GoalsMapper saw its inception in 2018. In the same year,
GoalsMapper was named the winner at the Dsion Startup Challenge 2018. Its triumph continued in 2019, where it was
awarded the InsurTech of the Year 2019 at the 4th Asia Trusted Life Agents & Advisers Awards.
In 2020, GoalsMapper received ‘FinTech’ certification from Singapore FinTech Association
(SFA), a certification recognised by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS).
GoalsMapper works with some of the leaders of the industry, including financial
consultants from insurance companies such as AIA, AVIVA, AXA, Great Eastern, NTUC
Income, Manulife, Prudential and many more.
