This document summarizes a research study on the contribution of external financial support to the expenses of the Palestinian Ministry of Education between 2013-2015. The study used descriptive analysis of financial data to evaluate the size and spending of external funding. Key findings include: 1) continued need for new school buildings to achieve sustainable development goals, 2) weak funding for educational facilities like labs and computer rooms, and 3) NGOs receive more funding than governmental institutes. Recommendations include encouraging donors to fund infrastructure, increasing vocational schools and labs, and ensuring fair distribution of funds.
