•They have to decide the route
•They can go through the
mountains
•They can go through the
Jungle
•They can go through the
swaps
This is called the
strategy of the
organization

For instance if the organization
decides to go through the
jungle. The organization
would then adapt to the
environment of the jungle

Lets suppose in the middle of
the jungle the organization
decide that they cannot carry
on further.
The organization then decide
to go through the mountains.
As soon as this decision is
made the process of change
management is initiated.

• Organization Structure have
to be change to meet the
requirement of the mountains.
.Employees have to be trained.
They were use to the
environment of the jungle, now
they would be going through
the mountains.
.New technology have to be
introduced. So that the journey
through mountain can become
more easier.
