Ouvir O Teu Falar
Discopraise
Quanto mais eu corro, mais cansado eu fico
Não importa o quanto eu me sacrifico
Meus objetivos não consigo alcançar
Já trilhei em todos os caminhos
Já gritei por todos mas fiquei sozinho
Sinto minha força se esgotar
Vem me ajudar
Tenho ouvido falar das tuas maravilhas
E tens poder pra salvar
Escreve um novo começo pra minha vida
Creio que ainda hoje tudo vai mudar
Levantarei meu olhos
E clamarei socorro
Tua palavra diz que vais me escutar
Levantarei meus olhos
E clamarei socorro
Meu coração só quer ouvir o teu falar
Ouvir o teu falar
O que espera em ti
Jamais se abalará
Jamais se cansará
Jamais desistirá
O teu sonho agora é o que eu espero alcançar
Em teu caminho andar
Meu maior desejo é te agradar

When CAMACOP was established in 1947, Rev. Jeremias Dulaca was elected chairman (now President) of CAMACOP. He served until 1957 when he was succeeded by Rev. Florentino de Jesus, Sr.
Rev. de Jesus served until 1960 when Rev. Dulaca was elected again as CAMACOP president. Unfortunately, Rev. Dulaca suddenly died of a heart attack on September 18, 1962. Dulaca left a legacy as the founding president of the denomination. He was then succeeded by Vice-President Rev. Leodegario Madrigal. Rev. Madrigal was elected to a full term as president in 1963.
In the CAMACOP 1966 General Assembly, Rev. Vicente Pada, director of the Ebenezer Bible College was elected president of CAMACOP. In 1972, Rev. Leo Madrigal was elected again as president. During his tenure, the CAMACOP church population of 400 was doubled to 800 until Madrigal's term ended in 1978.
In the 1978 General Assembly, Dr. Benjamin de Jesus, son of former president Florentino de Jesus, Sr. was elected president of the denomination. He was re-elected twice in 1981 and 1985. He was replaced by Dr. Valmike Apuzen in 1989. He was reelected in 1993 and was succeeded by Vice-President Dr. Rodrigo Tano in 1997. Dr. Jose Dalino was then elected president in 2001 and was succeeded by Vice-President Rev. Reniel Joel Nebab in 2005. He was reelected in 2009.
A proposed amendment to the CAMACOP By-laws was discussed during the 2011 General Assembly of extending the President's term limit from two to three terms. Incumbent President then-Dr. Nebab was allowed to run again but was defeated in the election by his predecessor, Dr. Jose Dalino during the 2013 General Assembly. In 2017 Bishop Eduardo Cajes was elected as CAMACOP president, and won in 2021 CAMACOP elections.CAMACOP was incorporated in 1947 as a national church of the C&MA Philippine Missions. The Christian and Missionary Alliance in the USA expanded its mission works in the Philippines in 1902. The C&MA was assigned in Zamboanga - Sulu Archipelago and Cotabato – Davao regions of Mindanao.
The first Alliance Church was planted in 1902 in Tetuan, Zamboanga City, the first Protestant church on the island of Mindanao, which still exists today.
After the Second World War, the local churches planted by C&MA Missionaries decided to organize themselves as a national church. Thus in 1947 the first 13 local churches incorporated themselves as The Christian and Missionary Alliance Churches of the Philippines, and in 1949 CAMACOP was registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) thus became a legal personality.
It is headed by the National Executive Board of Trustees which consists of the CAMACOP President, CAMACOP Vice-President, ministers, and laymen. In 2005, the CAMACOP By-Laws was amended to add the title of Executive Bishop to the CAMACOP president and the title of Auxiliary Bishop to the CAMACOP vice-president. We all have good and bad thoughts from time to time and situation to situation. We are bombarded daily with spiraling thoughts(both negative and positive) creating all-consuming feel , making us difficult to manage with associated suffering. Good thoughts are like our Mob Signal (Positive thought) amidst noise(negative thought) in the atmosphere. Negative thoughts like noise outweigh positive thoughts. These thoughts often create unwanted confusion, trouble, stress and frustration in our mind as well as chaos in our physical world. Negative thoughts are also known as “distorted thinking”.

2024.06.01 Introducing a competency framework for languag learning materials ...Sandy Millin
http://sandymillin.wordpress.com/iateflwebinar2024
Published classroom materials form the basis of syllabuses, drive teacher professional development, and have a potentially huge influence on learners, teachers and education systems. All teachers also create their own materials, whether a few sentences on a blackboard, a highly-structured fully-realised online course, or anything in between. Despite this, the knowledge and skills needed to create effective language learning materials are rarely part of teacher training, and are mostly learnt by trial and error.
Knowledge and skills frameworks, generally called competency frameworks, for ELT teachers, trainers and managers have existed for a few years now. However, until I created one for my MA dissertation, there wasn’t one drawing together what we need to know and do to be able to effectively produce language learning materials.
This webinar will introduce you to my framework, highlighting the key competencies I identified from my research. It will also show how anybody involved in language teaching (any language, not just English!), teacher training, managing schools or developing language learning materials can benefit from using the framework.

The Roman Empire A Historical Colossus.pdfkaushalkr1407
The Roman Empire, a vast and enduring power, stands as one of history's most remarkable civilizations, leaving an indelible imprint on the world. It emerged from the Roman Republic, transitioning into an imperial powerhouse under the leadership of Augustus Caesar in 27 BCE. This transformation marked the beginning of an era defined by unprecedented territorial expansion, architectural marvels, and profound cultural influence.
The empire's roots lie in the city of Rome, founded, according to legend, by Romulus in 753 BCE. Over centuries, Rome evolved from a small settlement to a formidable republic, characterized by a complex political system with elected officials and checks on power. However, internal strife, class conflicts, and military ambitions paved the way for the end of the Republic. Julius Caesar’s dictatorship and subsequent assassination in 44 BCE created a power vacuum, leading to a civil war. Octavian, later Augustus, emerged victorious, heralding the Roman Empire’s birth.
Under Augustus, the empire experienced the Pax Romana, a 200-year period of relative peace and stability. Augustus reformed the military, established efficient administrative systems, and initiated grand construction projects. The empire's borders expanded, encompassing territories from Britain to Egypt and from Spain to the Euphrates. Roman legions, renowned for their discipline and engineering prowess, secured and maintained these vast territories, building roads, fortifications, and cities that facilitated control and integration.
The Roman Empire’s society was hierarchical, with a rigid class system. At the top were the patricians, wealthy elites who held significant political power. Below them were the plebeians, free citizens with limited political influence, and the vast numbers of slaves who formed the backbone of the economy. The family unit was central, governed by the paterfamilias, the male head who held absolute authority.
Culturally, the Romans were eclectic, absorbing and adapting elements from the civilizations they encountered, particularly the Greeks. Roman art, literature, and philosophy reflected this synthesis, creating a rich cultural tapestry. Latin, the Roman language, became the lingua franca of the Western world, influencing numerous modern languages.
Roman architecture and engineering achievements were monumental. They perfected the arch, vault, and dome, constructing enduring structures like the Colosseum, Pantheon, and aqueducts. These engineering marvels not only showcased Roman ingenuity but also served practical purposes, from public entertainment to water supply.

11. Silent Night
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nEH7_2c644Q
Silent Night, holy night, all is calm, all is bright, round yon virgin
mother and child; holy infant so tender and mild: sleep in heavenly
peace, sleep in heavenly peace.
Silent night, holy night. Shepherds quake at the sight,
glories stream from heaven afar, heavenly hosts sing alleluia:
Christ, the Saviour is born, Christ, the Saviour is born.
12. It Was On A Starry Night
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HeRrAzapOQ0
It was on a starry night
When the hills were bright
Earth lay sleeping, sleeping calm and still
Then in a cattle shed
In a manger bed
A boy was born, King of all the world
And all the angels sang for Him
The bells of heaven rang for Him
For a boy was born, King of all the world
And all the angels sang for Him
The bells of heaven rang for Him
For a boy was born, King of all the world
13. Soon the shepherds came that way
Where the baby lay
And were kneeling, kneeling by His side
And their hearts believed again
For the peace of men
For a boy was born, King of all the world
And all the angels sang for Him
The bells of heaven rang for Him
For a boy was born, King of all the world
And all the angels sang for Him
The bells of heaven rang for Him
For a boy was born, King of all the world

See him lying on a bed of straw Draughty
stable with an open door Mary cradling the
babe she bore The prince of glory is his
name.
Oh, now carry me to Bethlehem To see the
Lord appear to men Just as poor as was the
stable then The prince of glory when he
came.
24. Star of silver sweeps across the skies Show
where Jesus in the manger lies Shepherds swiftly
from your stupor rise To see the Saviour of the
world.
Oh, now carry me to Bethlehem To see the Lord
appear to men Just as poor as was the stable
then The prince of glory when he came.
Mine are riches from thy poverty From thine
innocence, eternity Mine, forgiveness by thy
death for me Child of sorrow, for my joy.
Oh, now carry me to Bethlehem To see the Lord
appear to men Just as poor as was the stable
then The prince of glory when he came.
25. Angels, sing again the song you
sang
Bring God's glory to the heart of
man
Sing, "Bethlehem's little baby can
Be salvation to the soul."
Oh, now carry me to Bethlehem
To see the Lord appear to men
Just as poor as was the stable then
The prince of glory when he came.
26. Three Kings Have Journeyed Far
Three kings have journeyed far.
They’re following a star.
It leads them onward, clear and bright,
Lighting up the darkest night.
Three kings have journeyed far,
They’re following a star.
See the gifts they bring!
Presents for a king,
Gold and frankincense and myrrh.
Following a star,
Travelling afar
Leads them to the holy baby.
27. We’ve travelled from the east, A thousand miles at least.
We’ve crossed the deserts, land and seas, Searching for the
Prince of Peace. We’ve travelled from the east, A thousand
miles at least.
See the gifts they bring! Presents for a king, Gold and
frankincense and myrrh. Following a star, Travelling afar Leads
them to the holy baby.
28. A child is born today.
A star lights up his way.
And soon they’ll kneel to the infant king,
Offering the gifts they bring.
A child is born today.
A star lights up his way.
See the gifts they bring!
Presents for a king,
Gold and frankincense and myrrh.
Following a star,
Travelling afar
Leads them to the Holy baby.
29. Treading In The Footsteps
We come,
treading in the footsteps
of the mighty kings,
who travelled night and day
to find You.
Our hands do not carry gold
or frankincense or myrrh;
we come to You with
treasures few.
30. Like those wise men
of the Bible,
we do not feel worthy
to approach the
Heavenly King.
Yet you welcome us so freely,
love us so completely;
please accept the
gifts we bring.
31. We find beauty in
Your presence,
blessing and acceptance;
here we find our
hopes renewed.
Still, the miracle of Christmas
has the power to touch us;
Lord Emmanuel,
we worship You.
32. Lord Emmanuel, we worship You.
Lord Emmanuel, we worship You.
Lord Emmanuel, we worship You.
33. O Come All Ye Faithful

O come, all ye faithful,
joyful and triumphant.
O come ye, O come ye
to Bethlehem;
come and behold him,
born the King of angels.
O come, let us adore him,
O come, let us adore him,
O come, let us adore him,
Christ the Lord.
34. Sing, choirs of angels,
sing in exultation,
sing all ye citizens
of heaven above;
glory to God
in the highest.
O come, let us adore him,
O come, let us adore him,
O come, let us adore him,
Christ the Lord.
