This document is the order of service for a Christmas Eve church service. It includes songs, scripture readings, and prayers celebrating the birth of Jesus Christ. The service focuses on the prophecy of Jesus's coming, his birth in Bethlehem as told in the gospels, sharing in communion, and going forth with the light of Christ after the service ends.

33. L: Tonight we celebrate the coming
of the Light of the World. We light
each individual candle to proclaim
that by accepting Christ, we have
also become the bearer of His light
and grace in a world consumed
with darkness.

lives of others cannot keep it from
themselves. The light we share is
the Light of Christ.
