•Each of you will be given ½ of a famous
painting.
•You will have 3 minutes to find your
match.
•Once you find your match, discuss:
How does your piece of art reflect STEM?

•We need to add Art + Design to the
equation to transform STEM into
STEAM.
STEM + Art = STEAM

•Transform research policy to place
Art + Design at the center of STEM
•Encourage integration of Art + Design
in K–12 education
•Influence employers to hire artists
and designers to drive innovation

• Each station is labeled with a symbol

• Visit one station of each symbol.
• You will have 20 minutes at each station.
