Dear Reader,
I am Thomas Sullivan, I am trained in culinary arts and I have dabbled a little in
bar tending. You can say I am adapt at both the front and back of the house. I play
ice hockey when I have time and was once the captain of a men's hockey league
team in the local beer league in york. We did not do all too well, but we had fun
for the most part. I challenged myself by competing in a Tough Mudder event back
in 2014. It was a true test of sheer will, strength and endurance. I have a great
sense of customer service and I refuse to let any customer leave unhappy. I have a
good eye when it comes to selecting high quality foods for myself and the people
whom I wish to serve. I have hosted many dinners for my friends and family and
have never had any complaints aside from the experimental mixed drinks. I do
love to drive and I can become very capable of driving any vehicle within a short
time span. I have a unique understanding of a vehicles build and how it translates
to the road and driving physics.
While I was at Weis Markets I was certified in training people on how to safely
use and maintain a power jack. I have a small experience and knowledge when it
comes to forklifts. At both Weis and Rutters I organized the back stock to help
employees find the quick service items faster to ensure speedy service. I always
had a good eye to look out for broken products and items sent either short coded or
already expired. These products would be taken off the sales floor and I would
contact the sales rep from where they came to receive a credit.
I have two accomplishments I am most proud of:
 Completed a Tough Mudder course in 3 hours and 45 mins
 Excellent customer service values
I am a hard worker and a quick learning. I may lack the solid managerial skills
that my previous jobs entailed, but I follow orders and ask questions if I need to
better understand them. I remind myself that despite no longer being in school that
