This book is about Indian IT industry and takes an in-depth look at the HERD MENTALITY that exists. Book is replete with examples that author personally had been witness to. Author has spent last 2 decades working in the Indian software industry and his experience has been both grand and unusual. He draws from his wealth of knowledge to present facts. The book presents what the author calls "third side of the same coin". Author is a maverick writer & has left no sacred cows untouched. The intent and purpose of the book is to change the HERD MENTALITY that exists in the industry and help the industry succeed. The book pokes fun at the Indian IT industry. Chapter titles of the book are named after famous Bollywood movies. Each chapter at a minimum provides 2 real life incidents and explains the pitfalls that exist. This is a good introductory book for readers interested in knowing more about Indian IT industry, Outsourcing and what goes inside the Indian software industry
