Why are we advertising?
To grab the attention of companies seeking the best young talent and push them to register to attend the
Strategic Communication Career Fair.
Who are we talking to?
Talent Hunters pick out qualified students to work for their company as a profession and collect pools of
resumes to select their talent from. At the career fair they speak with a plethora of qualified students while also
company awareness. In addition, they value the social aspect just as much as they do the hiring part. They see
great potential in the youth in today’s world and are able to recognize talent beyond what’s on paper. They
want students to have “done their homework” and know what they want so they can be sure that the student is
equally interested. They can sense if someone will fit into their company culture.Talent Hunters take great
pride in shaping the future of their company.
What do we know about them?
When I go to the Strategic Communication Career Fair, I am putting my calling to work. I have a natural instinct
to know when I’ve found a perfect fit for my company. When I get my hands on something good, I get that
satisfying feeling that makes my job so rewarding.
