organization fiom lst October 2013 to Present.
During these period, Mr Yiki Heng is assigned and to carry out the following tasks and resporsibilities:
r Involved in planning and co-ordination for projects in pre-tender stage.
o Coordinate preparation oftender document, review tender document.
o Coordinate, obtain new contractor company profile and prepare ofPre-qualification paper.
. Prepare and compile contract award recommendation paper and report.
o Estimating costs and budgets for each project.
o Prepare Letter of Award and compile Contract Documents for awarded projects.
o Prepare checklist and Variation Orders recommendations to management.
o Valuing completed works and recommend claims amount to management (Contractors'

o Process progress claim, final account, third party claims and contractual claims.
o Monitoring of contractual status - contract period, defects liability period, CPC, CMGD,
. etc.
