1.Mission & vision statement
Tesco’s current vision describe their performance, their vision statement is
good straight forward & related to their service but the mission statement
can be modified
“We make what matters better, together” it’s a bit riddle for the people to
understand what they are actually saying
“We provide to create Value by using harmony & commitment”
Our proposed mission statement defines giving utmost value to the
stakeholders with harmony among the employees & commitment to our
vision, which means Tesco, will give their stakeholders high priority
The relationship of values have with
mission & vision statement.
>Values with mission and vision statement had a great
relationship. Vision is an aspiration view where the business
wants to be, mission is core purpose in which aims are
established to achieve the goal the goal and the values is a
embedding way which indicates the strategic planning
process. Tesco’s mission is-“make what matters better,
together”. It means general expression of overall purpose of
business. It communicates the goal of a company to all
stokeholds.
>Tesco’s values are embedding in the way, do business at
every level. Values let the company’s people to know what
kind of business they are working for and let the customers
know what they can expect from company .Value are vital to
company’s success, because it helps to make it different from
its competitors such as, if all the three combination of vision,
mission and value are used properly, the customers and
company team people are useful with company and in case of

strategies are to serve their core purpose. Tesco put

they continuously develop their new strategies.
Tesco’s strategies are driven to quality, price, range
and innovation as well as delivering great
multichannel customer service.
