Autoantibodies to the insulin receptors as a biomarker of the precursor of diabetes mellitus type 2
Relative elevated serum content of autoantibodies against insulin receptors is typical for persons with metabolic syndrome and
patients with recently diagnosed diabetes mellitus type 2. Frequency of abnormal elevation of such antibodies has decreased sig-
nificantly if duration of the disease is more then 3 years. In opposite frequency of elevated serum content of autoantibodies against
insulin rise progressively if diabetes type II was diagnosed more then 3 years before. Possible using of autoantibodies-markers
for early revealing of pre-diabetes changes and for laboratory monitoring of the disease development has discussed. It was noted:
an autoantibody profile does seem to offer more diagnostic and prognostic power than the determination of single autoantibody
specificity.

Çàêëþ÷åíèå
Ïîëó÷åííûå ðåçóëüòàòû ñâèäåòåëüñòâóþò îá
îïðàâäàííîñòè èñïîëüçîâàíèÿ ôåíîìåíà «èì-
ìóííîãî îòðàæåíèÿ» èçìåíåíèé â ìîëåêóëÿð-
íî-êëåòî÷íîì ñîñòîÿíèè îðãàíîâ äëÿ ïðàêòè÷å-
ñêèõ íóæä, à èìåííî — äëÿ ñîçäàíèÿ íîâûõ
ëàáîðàòîðíûõ èíñòðóìåíòîâ ðàííåãî âûÿâëåíèÿ
èçìåíåíèé, âåäóùèõ ê ÑÄ-2, ìîíèòîðèíãà çà
äèíàìèêîé ðàçâèòèÿ ïàòîëîãè÷åñêîãî ïðîöåññà,
à òàêæå äëÿ ðàçðàáîòêè èíäèâèäóàëèçîâàííûõ
ìåòîäîâ ïðåâåíöèè ðàçâèòèÿ ýòîé áîëåçíè.
