During my working in TE-Data since march 2011, i came up with:
we have great work teams and every one of them do the best in every single second to achieve his goal at first and TE-Data goal at all , as agents
, team leaders , supers and even every department who serve the call center and really that's make me proud to be one of those great friends .
and i have found that we face some problems i know that you take it in your consideration but i have to mention it like :
the within ratio problem i know that TE-Data do it's best to solve it , but you don't know how much pressure we are in as agent to convince
the Customer that his normal download rate in for 512 speed is 6.4 Kb in “ 1 : 10 ” or “ 1 : 05 “ even with logic he can't accept it with the SLA
which we have to mention that it’s normal rate , sure it’s not the right way to said that .
Note :
The psychological factor for the customers has changed since revolution and now they doesn’t accept what we have told them in the past , for
that we need to change it .

2. And another issue that the Second Level team “ SLS “ resend the tickets back to us when they find a mistake on ticket like , the ticket status or
category in the same time they make the customer is angry because the send it to our pool in wait for customer to call us back to check it and re
correct it and send it again all of that take time and Customer think that we are working on it , Why they doesn’t follow with the Customer to
re check with him instead send it back to us and make the Customer angry because it take more than its estimated time and they may collect
the tickets which is n’t correct and sed with it mail like “ Waitin for response “ .

And now there are many new types of ROUTERS in the market and in the KMP tool we doesn’t have it all and that make us face problem with
Customer to Determine how to configure it or even in our AHT that’s make it more than the average .
And we face another problem and don’t know what the mechanism of how it’s working , The
TOOLS OUTAGE , we face this problem at least more than 10 times per week which equal more than 10 hours and Customer when we said to
them that we have and update in our database as per SLA
they go on with no stop .
now i said what's my conscience feel it's right to do .

3. Now I have some suggestions about the Future of TE-Data :
Search for TE-Data
It’s idea of make free coverage in land marks areas like “ Tahrir Square “ nowadays , and cover it with wireless access to the internet , we will
make it as Egypt favor on us in the apparent but we make it under the project “ Search for TE-Data “ in which we will have free publicity instead
we pay for the ads and we will raise the Customers with new value that you will find us in everywhere especially in place like “ Tharir Square”
and it will expand to cover place like :
Cairo University , Helwan , Ain-Shams , Alex , Suez …… to target the youth which will have loyalty for
TE-Data “ we focus on the long run “
“ N’t only universities , but we will target as priority “
New Cities Project
In the time the new cities are building we could make deals with the company who works on this city , to cover every home in this city with
ADSL line and home number with cooperation with TE , and with this we will guaranty that from the second this project will lunch that we will
be in every home with 0% competition .
Blind Spots
As TE-Data we have some negative areas we couldn’t reach it with our services for that we could reach it in another way it’s n’t the normal way
but it give us the precedence in those areas it’s the :
Satellite Internet access by which we will gain the Customers which no one will reach them if we didn’t For that we will reach them and the
Satellite Internet access services will be like this :
The cycle start from the Computer and goes thru till comeback to the Computer & in the future that will give us a huge step in the Cable
Television technology which is now all over the world
