Technology Workshop Description:
Learn how technology has changed education and how educators can leverage new
educational tools to personalize learning, encourage collaboration, and prepare students
for the future.
The workshop was provided to help teachers:
• Bring exciting curricula based on real-world problems into the classroom
• Provide networking tools to enhance learning
• Give students and teachers more opportunities for feedback, reflection, and
revision
• Expand opportunities for teacher learning
At the workshop we covered Webb’s Depth of Knowledge Levels and Bloom’s Revised
Taxonomy “The Interlocking of Cognitive Processes”.
I found this website that has detailed description of both Webb’s Depth of Knowledge
and Blooms Taxonomy: http://fcsc.k12.in.us/Page/959
Then we went through some helpful websites that are used for the 21st
Century Educator.
These are copied exactly as were given to us in our handout (I wrote all over mine so I’m
retyping them for you). We did not go through each one individually; however, I do
personally use Dropbox and Evernote.
