being summarized.
•In summarizing larger work,
observe stages of details and
arguments and have the
paragraphs follow logic, unity and
coherence.
•Delete the ideas not essential to
the entirety of the text.
•No more examples and specific
details.
•Avoid your own opinions, suggestion
and recommendations.
•Never plagiarize! Learn to
paraphrase and recognize the author.
