Considerations for Uganda
• Address costs especially for rural girls

• Make every year count –
– Start on time; target transitions
• Focus on adolescent girls and their issues;
– Work to eliminate child marriage, reduce early
pregnancies and end SRGBV
• Support teachers to address gender
inequality; build women education leaders
