  • #5 By bringing together commerce cloud and the marketing cloud PFS is able to address many of the challenges brands and retailers are experiencing today.   Commerce Cloud and marketing cloud offer many features and benefits that are key in having a enterprise level commerce solution that enables the creation of unique / personalized experiences across the customer journey The result of bringing together both the marketing cloud and commerce cloud is connected commerce.   In 2008 we first started integration both platforms for our clients to build our the digital commerce ecosystem. Since then we have refined this solution and have successfully launched 40+ brands.   Our deep experience in both platforms has enabled PFS over the years to rapidly integrate the technologies in order to create tailored, triggered relevant messaging to the customers.
