INTRODUCTION
Life fascinates everyone. Often
it frightens us, too. But mostly it is baffling, and at
every step we have numerous questions, We
wonder why life has taken particular turn; why
relationship change color like chameleon; why do
we feel joy and sorrow; the bitter and the sweet.
The subject of A Journey Within the self, This was
deepas first book. Many seekers came with similar
questions. They were more interested in
perplexities of life than in self englightment. So she
started explaining what exactly ‘life’ is, This book
endeavors to be a step-by-step guide.

There are no rules that say you must live a
certain way or follow a prescribed path. You
have free will, and a true self that craves to be
express.
Life has no CNTRL+Z
Why life is imperfect?
EGO
HABITS
EMOTIONS
Inner Divinity
This may mean something entirely different, based on
upbringing and experience these words powerfully
remind us that we are so much more than my body,
my mind and emotions.
Simple joys of life
The full-throated laughter of children at play
musical notes pealing out from a place of
worship. Unexpected kindness from strangers.
True charity is of heart
To be kind and understanding,
accept people as they are with all
their faults, to be forgiving, is true
charity.
Action without Expectations
To do something - any action or work - without
expectations of a clearly defined return
amounts to action without attachment to the
result.
Faith and Tolerance
Faith is certainly, an assurance, a confidence
that’s act like an unsinkable buoy in the storms of
life.
