Ensuring that all contributions to class or group discussion are

Teacher  has to get to know the principles, values & methods in supporting & advising.  has to make the learners receptive to support & advise [learners must have confidence in the teacher]  has to manage learners’ own learning [Make sure learners don’t go astray from the task at hand]
