1. Contract to close - $295 per transaction
Oversee all aspects of buyer & seller transactions from executed
contract to closing, (including monitoring deadlines)
Coordinate with title and lender processes.
Coordinate inspection, surveys, assist in coordination of completing
repairs.
Regularly update and maintain communication with clients, agents,
title, lender, etc.
Submit all necessary documentation to office broker for file
compliance.
Order Home Warranty as needed
Update MLS status throughout the process
Provide utility information to new home owners
Schedule/coordinate closing dates and times, final walk-thru,
coordinate turn over of keys, remotes, etc.
Remind Agent to retrieve signs, lockbox, flyer, etc
Listing Coordinator - $250 per listing
Oversee listing process once signed listing agreement is provided.
Consult and coordinate with Seller & Agent staging, repairs, cleaning,
signage, lockbox, access requirements & marketing activities.
Coordinate with photographer and Seller.
Input into MLS, send to Seller for review and verification.
Obtain feedback from showings. Provide weekly to sellers & agent
Schedule/Coordinate open houses and marketing of open houses.
Provide feedback to Seller and Agent.
Submit all necessary documentation to office broker for file
compliance.
Update flyer/brochures/MLS as needed.
Coordinate with Seller regarding key, remotes, etc.
Remind Agent to retrieve signs, flyers, lockbox, etc.
Requirements
Paid at the execution of the transaction or listing.
All expenses for marketing; ie mailings, paper, etc at the cost of the
Agent.
Agent to provide the TC/LC with all appropriate user Id’s and
passwords.
Listings - Term of Agreement is 6 months.
Listings - $150 for additional 6 mo extension.
