A transaction coordinator can save real estate agents 12.5 hours per transaction by handling paperwork, communication between parties, scheduling inspections and closings, and ensuring all documents are signed. This reduces stress for agents and provides services without the overhead of an employee. The coordinator's responsibilities include drafting and processing offers, amendments, and documents; facilitating inspections; and managing all steps until closing. Agents remain responsible for client advising, negotiating, and reviewing legal documents. Hiring a coordinator can help agents efficiently handle transactions and focus on core duties.
