Sermon by: Brian Birdow
Basic points to interpret your dreams: Symbols are very important, but the interpretation of them is what really give you an idea of the dream, this you obtain by revelation in your spirit. God is the one giving you the interpretation.
We have a responsibility to understand our life's purpose
There is a process in which we go through within our purpose
We must engage ourselves for spiritual growth that we may continue to fulfill the purpose and plan that Christ has for our lives .. Genesis 37 .Great example of Joseph

In Jude 17-23 Jude shifts from piling up examples of false teachers from the Old Testament to a series of practical exhortations that flow from apostolic instruction. He preserves for us what may well have been part of the apostolic catechism for the first generation of Christ-followers. In these instructions Jude exhorts the believer to deal with 3 different groups of people: scoffers who are "devoid of the Spirit", believers who have come under the influence of scoffers and believers who are so entrenched in false teaching that they need rescue and pose some real spiritual risk for the rescuer. In all of this Jude emphasizes Jesus' call to rescue straying sheep, leaving the 99 safely behind and pursuing the 1.

1. passion
john 2: 16 -17
And to those who were
trading in doves he said,
Take these things away; do
not make my Father's
house a market.
Joh 2:17 And it came to the
minds of the disciples that
the Writings say, I am on

your house. (BBE)
5. What carries people to the top?
What makes them to take risk,
go the extra mile
And do whatever it takes to
achieve their dreams?
6. • It is not TALENT, it is PASSION
• Lets look at the scripture:
• Nehemiah 4: 6(MSG) We kept at it, repairing
and rebuilding the wall. The whole wall was soon
joined together and halfway to its intended height
because the people had a heart for the work.
• So we rebuilt the wall, which was rebuilt to about
half its original height. The people worked with
determination. God’s Word version)
7. • A lot of us especially young people do not have so much
problem in discovering our purpose and dream for life
but not all of us have the intense burning passion that is
required to make the dream come true.
Purpose may point you in the
right direction but it’s passion
that propels you.”
– Travis McAshan,
8. ‘ I am appalled at the aimlessness
of most peoples lives
50% don’t pay attention to where they are going,
40% are undecided and will go in any direction,
Only 10% know what they want and not even all of them
have the PASSION to go towards it.’
Katherine Anne observed …
9. Monty Robert story in chicken soup
for the soul
Monty Robert one day in class was asked to write a
paper about
What his dream for life is all about . That night he wrote a
seven page
paper of his dream and passion of someday owning a
largest horse ranch in the U.S. He wrote about his dream
in great details he even drew a diagram of a 200 acre
ranch, showing the location of all the building, stables and
the tracks.
He put a great deal of his heart into the paper project and
handed it over to his teacher the next day. Two days later
he received his paper back. On the front page was a large
red F with a note that read ‘ see me after class’
The boy with his dream went to see the teacher after
class and ask ‘ WHY DID I RECEIVE AN F ?’ THE
Teacher said this is an unrealistic dream for a boy like
you. You have no money, your father is a poor itinerant
horse trainer.
So the teacher said if you will go home and rewrite a more
realistic dream for me ,I might give you a B .
10. After consulting his father and the father
asked Robert to take his decision,
The boy wrote .YOU take your F and
I will hold on to my dream…
11. Do the things that will cause
your desired results to be a natural
occurrence.
12. • How badly do you want your dream to come
true?
• Passion is the stamina that says I( am going to
go after this no matter what happens)
I followed my dream with passion…..
13. When the world and
circumstances
say
‘ give up’
PASSION says
‘try it one more time ’

there in the province is in great affliction and shame. And the wall
of Jerusalem is broken down, and its gates are burned with fire.

down and wept. And I mourned for days, and fasted, and
prayed before the God of Heaven.
Neh 1:5 And I said, I pray You, O Jehovah, the God of Heaven, the
great and awesome God who keeps covenant and mercy for those
who love Him and keep His commandments;

same brings forth much fruit; for without Me you can do nothing.

your content is what matters . He who is in you is greater than he who is in
