Turtle Beach wanted to upgrade their existing Gamestop kiosk to provide a more interactive experience for users. They worked with TDC to redesign the kiosks so that consumers could personally try out different headsets and game demos through push buttons on the display. The new kiosks allowed users to immerse themselves and choose their own gaming experience, providing a more personalized interaction than the previous static display.

CINEMAR - The Interactive Cinematic AR Experience
CINEMAR is an interactive 3D augmented reality platform developed by Curious Lab Technologies that allows spectators to engage with lifelike characters and objects on a screen without using any additional devices. The screen acts as a digital mirror that enhances the environment. Spectators can interact in real-time with responsive content. The system also allows taking photos to share on social media. Vermont Lake Monsters - Case Study 2012
The Vermont Lake Monsters baseball team hired Total Sports Services (TSE) to upgrade their aging ballpark with new audiovisual technology, including installing a new 27-foot video board. TSE designed and implemented the full technology solution, including integrating their ScriptPRO game management software. They also consulted on designing new game day content and promotions to maximize revenue from the new equipment. With the upgrades, fans now have an enhanced experience with video and increased engagement, and the Lake Monsters have improved operations and can provide sponsors with detailed proof of performance reports.

Turtle Beach stressed the importance of having a display that provided an interactive user experience. The previous kisok did not allow the user to interact with the individual products. The redesigned kiosks for Gamestop provided a personalized user experience by allowing consumers to immerse themselves in the game. This was achieved through the development of a custom engineered sound board built into the display. Through the use of push buttons, consumers were given the freedom to create their own gaming experience and choose the headset and game trailer they listened to and watched. - GameStop Store Manager This kiosk is awesome, everyone loves it!
