Both women and men are part of the target demographic, as women enjoy the emotional aspects and connecting with female protagonists, while men appreciate the occasional violence and action scenes.

3. GenderWomen are part of our target audience as psychological horrors cross the boundaries of dramas. As many women are the target audience for dramas, it is not mystery to why they enjoy watching psychological horrors as they involve less action and violence. Psychological horrors also attach to the viewer on a more emotional scale as opposed to just fear. Often the protagonist is a female so they connect with them on an emotional way.Males are also apart of our target audience as many of the men will enjoy the violence or action when it does happen in the film.
